Yes. You can give exclusive access to specific resources to certain groups, such as showing course reserves only for students. You can also set certain collections to only display in results when the user is on campus and/or within a certain IP range. Note that if you restrict content to a particular group, the user will need to log into Primo to see the content because the system won't know what group they're in until after login.
