A logical set is dynamic and will reflect what is in the repository. The members will automatically change if set criteria related changes are made to records. There are two ways to create a logical set:

1. Go to Admin > Manage Sets

• Click on Create Logical Set
• A Logical Set Details page will open
• Enter information
  • Set name is mandatory and cannot contain special characters
  • Other fields are optional. Set content type has most of the same options as a repository search
  • Click Create
    • Do a repository search
    • Click Save
    • The set will be added to the Manage Set list under My Sets

2. The second way to create a logical set is to start with a repository search

• After receiving search results, select Create and Filter Set
• A Logical Set Details page will open
• Enter information:
  • Set name is mandatory and cannot contain special characters
  • Click Save
  • The set will be added to the Manage Sets list under My Sets
