How do you run out-of-the-box reports?
Answer
Go to Analytics>Access Analytics.
Click on Catalog in the top right area.
Click on the Alma folder to see the options available. Out of the box reports are in the folders labeled Reports within the subject areas (e.g., Acquisitions, Cost Per Use, Fulfillment, etc.):
To run an out of the box Acquisitions (or other area) report, click on the appropriate subject folder, then the Reports folder. Options are displayed in the window to the right.
Click Open, which will run and display the report.
Report generated:
If you would like to make changes to the report, you may copy it to your local folder and edit the report criteria. Please do not edit reports directly from where they are being shared.
