How do Users Create Resource Sharing Requests?

After a user performs a search in Primo VE, the Resource Sharing Request link will display on titles which are either not owned by the library or which are checked out.
Once the user finds an item that they would like, they'll need to sign in to see the Resource Sharing Request link:
The link opens the Resource Sharing Request Form, where the user will complete the relevant fields and then click Send Request:
Once the request is sent, the user will get a confirmation message:
