Why is there a "Resource Sharing Library" or a "Do Not Use" library?

Every institutional instance of Alma comes with a default library that is called "Resource Sharing Library" out of the box. This can't be deleted and for almost every SUNY institution it's not being used for anything. Instead, other existing libraries, such as the main library, are being used as the resource sharing library. Consequently, in many institutions the configuration was changed to call this out of the box default library "Do Not Use" instead.
