How do I unblock a patron?

First, you need to have the Circulation Desk Manager role to be able to unblock. Look up the patron in the persistent search bar. Once you find the patron, click on the “Blocks” tab:
Next, click on the ellipsis on the right-hand side and select “Delete”:
Alternatively, you can click on the “Active” selector on the left-hand side and disable it:
A block might also occur for an expired patron. In order to fix this, you need to go to the General Information tab and update the expiration date for the patron.
