Deleting POLs:

• POL lines should only be deleted if there is no inventory attached to them.
• If you want to retain a record of the order, CANCEL the order line instead.
• The behavior of the bib record when a record is deleted is determined by the setting of "pol_handle_childless_bib" in the General Settings configuration that is available under Acquisitions. The four options are:
  • Do Nothing (default)
  • Suppress
  • Manual
  • Delete
