What is the IP range for Alma and Primo to be whitelisted?

Most SUNY campuses IT are filtering all emails and identifying non-campus emails as external and or spam/junk mails. To avoid Alma and Primo notices (to patrons) being treated as spam, here is the list of safe email IP range to share with campus IT:
The following IPs/IP ranges must be allowed access to/from your institution. (Note that the IP ranges below are in CIDR notation.)
