If you get the status "Manual Handling Required" when you are using an new order import profile, it means that more than one Alma bib record matches the identifier on the incoming order record and the job doesn't know which record to pick for the match.

To correct new order import profile Multi-Matches - Manual Handling Required:

1. Go to Resources>Import>Manage Import Profiles
2. Click History from the ellipses of the new order import profile
   
3. Click on the Manual Handling Required link for the import job requiring manual handling
   
4. Click Edit from the ellipses of the job
   
5. Click View Matches from the ellipses of the record(s) that need manual handling
   • If there are multiple bib records that require manual handling, you will need to do this for each record
     
6. Click on the radio button to select the bib record in the NZ you want to use
   • Click on the title links to view the records to determine which record will be used
7. Click Use NZ Record
   
8. The record will be merged, and the job resolved once all multi-matches are resolved
