How do I change a loan status to "claimed returned?"
Answer
Change Loan Status to Claimed Return
- Select/Verify current location
- Go to Fulfillment > Manage Patron Services
- Scan/Type patron ID (If typing ID, click Go)
- On the Loans tab (the default), change the Loan Display drop-down to All Loans
- Find the item in the list
- Click the row action item list icon (the ellipsis) and select Claimed Return
- Click OK to complete
Note: If an item has been marked Lost, you won't be able to change it to Claimed Return. First you need to mark the item as Found, then change it to Claimed Return.
