How do I change a loan status to "lost?"

Note: Only items on loan can be flipped to Lost status. Overdue and Lost Loan Profiles can be used to automatically declare items lost after a set number of days. Staff can also manually mark an item as Lost if the patron reports it as lost, stolen, or otherwise unreturnable using the following workflow.
- Select/Verify current location
- Go to Fulfillment > Manage Patron Services
- Scan/Type patron ID (If typing ID, click Go)
- On the Loans tab (the default), change the Loan Display drop-down to All Loans
- Find the item in the list
- Click the row action item list icon (the ellipsis) and select Lost
- Click OK to confirm the replacement charge
