FAQs

To suppress or unsuppress a holdings record:

1. Perform an IZ repository search for the title you want to adjust
2. Click on Holdings
   
3. Click Edit
   1. One holdings record – edit will be at the top or click Edit from the ellipses is one is available
   2. Multiple holdings records – click edit from the ellipses of the holdings record to be suppressed
      
4. Click on the Record Actions menu
5. Click in the box next to Suppress from Discovery or unclick to unsuppress
6. Click Save>Save and Release Record (Ctrl+Alt+R)

To prevent suppressed holdings records from displaying in PrimoVE, the following setting needs to be set to true: suppressBibWithSuppressedHol. 

1. Go to Configuration>Resources>General>Other Settings
2. Change the following setting to true:
   1. suppressBibWithSuppressedHol: true
      
3. Click Save
