How do I turn off my ILLiad General Electronic Services?

If you need to turn off ILLiad requesting from Primo, you can disable your ILLiad General Electronic Services. To do this, you will need the Fulfillment Administrator role.

1. Go to Configuration | Fulfillment | Discovery Interface Display Logic | General Electronic Services
2. Toggle the Active button to the Inactive position (slide the button from right to left) for each ILLiad General Electronic Services you need to turn off.
