How do I change the "No Online Access" label for articles with no full text availability?
Answer
When a user searching for articles expands their search results in Primo, they will see results for articles with no full text availability. The link to the full article record says "No Online Access" by default. The name of that link gives no indication that clicking it will present requesting options to the user, so we suggest you change the name of that link to something like "Check for available services" or "Check for requesting options."
Below are instructions for changing the name of that link. To make that change, you will need to Discovery Administrator role.
1. Go to Discovery | Display Configuration | Labels
2. Change the Search for Labels dropdown to Description, enter "No Online" into the search box, and then click the Search button. Calculated Availability Text Labels will appear in the search results.
3. Click the ellipsis next to Calculated Availability Text Labels and then click the Customize link.
4. Change each instance of "No Online Access" in the Description column (there are 5 in all - rows 9, 10, 11, 30, and 31) and then click the Customize button. These changes should take effect in Primo immediately.
