Why can't I see "Placement Options" or "Template Display Configuration" from the New menu in the MD Editor?

Clear your cache if you are unable to see "Placement Options" and/or "Templates Display Configuration" from the menu in the MD Editor. Users can first try a mini-cache clearing by clicking Ctrl+F5. The user will need to navigate back to the MD Editor as Ctrl+F5 takes them back to the Alma landing page. If clearing the cache using Ctrl+F5 or clearing it from the browser's history, open a Salesforce case with Ex Libris.
To clear the cache in:
To clear your cache in Chrome:
- Click the ellipses in the upper right-hand corner
- Click on History
- Click on History
- Click Clear browsing data
- Select time range to clear the data history
- Select "All Time" if the cache has never been cleared
- Check the box next to "Cached images and files"
- Uncheck other options
- Click Clear data
To clear your cache in Firefox:
- Click on the menu button
- Click on Privacy & Setting
- Click the box next to "Cached Web Content"
- Make sure "Cookies and Site Data" is unchecked
- Click Clear
- Click on the ellipses at the upper right-hand corner of the browser
- Click on Settings
- Click on Privacy search and services
- Under "Clear browsing data" click the Choose what to clear button
- Select time range to clear the data history
- Select "All Time" if the cache has never been cleared
- Check the box next to "Cached images and files"
- Uncheck all other options
- Click Clear now
