How do I unsuppress a bib record in Alma?

Answer

Suppressed bib records can be unsuppressed so that they display in discovery. View the Suppress/UnSuppress Bib Records LibGuide for more information.

To Unsuppress a suppressed bib record:

  1. Open the bib record in the MD Editor
  2. Click on the Record Actions menu
  3. Uncheck the box next to Suppress from Discovery
  4. Click Save > Save and Release Record
